Field Service Project Manager – Field Service Department
Job Responsibilities
- Development of proposals or estimates as needed for the Field Service department
- Developing project plans including budgets, schedules, cost analysis, and safety requirements
- Ensure the safety of the work is completed by adhering to the environmental, health & safety policies and procedures and identify any potentially unsafe conditions or procedures to the Field Service Manager
- Ordering and coordination of rental equipment, safety equipment and monitors, and project materials
- Onsite Communication with Customer contact throughout duration of job
- Onsite Communication with subcontracted Vendors to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction
- Overnight stay and travel will be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, visiting project sites, managing projects, etc.
- Work with Field Service Manager and Sales Team to manage Environmental Field Service Projects and Bids from start to finish
- Provide Mentorship and in the field training for all Field Service positions to allow for internal growth of employees throughout the Field Service Department
- Manage specific Sales Accounts that are associated with the Field Service Division. These accounts will be distributed to the Project Manager from Field Service Manager and Sales Manager
- Create and complete all required paperwork for projects (Bill of Ladings, Manifests, Specific City/County/State Permits, etc.)
- Create Schedule Requests for project work and distribute and review schedule requests with field supervisors, technicians, and drivers prior to start of projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, industrial science, environmental management, or equivalent experience in waste management, construction, or transportation, consulting.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience preferred. While a specific degree is not mandated, candidates with backgrounds in parallel industries such as construction, waste disposal, environmental services, consulting, or transportation are encouraged to apply.
- High School Diploma or GED (General Educational Development) is the minimum requirement
- Successfully complete a drug screen and pre-employment physical. Valid, active driver’s license for operating company vehicles and equipment.
- Requires travel to job sites, walking on uneven ground, climbing, sitting, standing, reaching, grasping, crawling, stooping and crouching.

Field Service Technician - Field Service Department
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of the work completed by adhering to the environmental, health & safety policies and procedures and identify any potentially unsafe conditions or procedures to the Field Service Supervisor
- Ensure proper housekeeping to maintain safe, efficient, and clean work areas; including all customer sites
- Responsible for labor as directed by the Field Service Foreman, Field Service Supervisor or Field Service Project Manager on all contracted field service work including, but not limited to tank cleaning, sump and trap work, confined space entry, industrial cleaning, chemical clean-up, lab packing, remediation, decontamination, chemical transfers etc. while adhering to state and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Operate equipment, such as company vehicles, forklifts, Hi-Vacs, pickup trucks, pressure washer, etc.
- Prepare, load, unload and clean all equipment and safety gear for field service work as directed by the Field Service Supervisor
- Assist with facility and plant upgrades as required
- Assist with facility and plant housekeeping, can cleaning, tank cleaning, etc.
- Special Projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have valid Driver’s License
- High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development) required
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, climb, walk, stand, lift, push/pull, carry, grasp, crawl, stoop, and crouch.

Hazmat Driver – Transportation Department

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 23 years of age
- Have a minimum of three (3) years verifiable experience operating the class and type of vehicle he/she is to drive
- Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements
- Must meet qualifications for Passport to enter Canada
- Must meet qualifications for TWIC card
- USDOT Part 40/Part 382 drug and alcohol testing is required
- Must pass USDOT physical
- MVR with no moving violations in previous 2 years

Account Manager - Sales Department
Job Responsibilities
- Attain the annual sales goal assigned individually by utilizing all resources available.
- Expand sales and new services with existing clients.
- Develop provided leads into new customers and new lines of business.
- Assist by-product/waste sourcing/approvals by providing in-depth information, samples, signed profiles, etc. including Terralink data entry.
- Prepare timely proposals/contracts with detailed scope of work and create presentations/ reports.
- Remain within pricing structures issued by management unless specifically authorized. Suggest alternative pricing/methods based on market conditions, etc.
- Create comprehensive documentation such as lead sheets, costs, purchase order, signed proposal, credit application/approval, scheduling requirements, etc. and provide to Administrative Manager for job implementation.
- Communicate client’s needs with Sourcing and Operations to assure timely, quality service.
- Communicate account activity to Director on a regular basis.
- Maintain safety and regulatory training.
- Additional duties or special projects as assigned.
- Update sales pipeline bi-weekly.
- Prepare and update sales forecasts monthly.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy/plan for major accounts.
- Utilize and maintain the electronic Proposal Log.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience in Environmental Sales/Account Management or Sales Experience in the Environmental and related Fields.
- High School Diploma or GED (General Educational Development) is the minimum requirement.
- Previous experience in account sales is required.
- Strong understanding of environmental remediation, waste management, and regulatory requirements.
- Skilled in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and driving growth through strategic initiatives and market analysis.

Job Responsibilities

- Ensure proper housekeeping to maintain safe, efficient, and clean work areas; including all customer sites
- Visit job sites in order to develop safe, accurate job scopes and quotes
- Responsible for the on-site operations of all contracted field service work including, but not limited to tank cleaning, sump and trap work, lab packing, remediation, etc.
- Provide communications with the customer regarding work progress and customer satisfaction
- Implement and maintain required paperwork as required for billing, regulatory reporting, and payroll
- Coordinate special projects including the Pipeline and Public Utility projects
- Assist with facility and plant upgrades as required
- Assist with facility and plant housekeeping, can cleaning, tank cleaning, etc.
- May operate equipment, such as company vehicles, forklifts, Hi-Vacs, pickup trucks, etc.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-year work relevant experience in the environmental / Industrial Service Industry. Equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience also may be accepted
- High School Diploma or GED (General Educational Development) Required.
- Must have valid Driver’s License
- Must have basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other common office software.
